We develop the highest quality Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and Joint Implementation (JI) projects through the Kyoto Protocol, as well as Verified Emission Reduction (VER) projects. Our due diligence process complies with the requirement to demonstrate clear additionality, permanent emission reductions, certainty of offset delivery and strong social and environmental benefits.

Origination

• Identify and assess projects that have the potential to generate substantial GHG emission reductions and carbon credits

Qualification

• Develop project documentation and move projects through project cycle

Asset management

• Monetise and place carbon credits by working on behalf of the project owner to identify appropriate buyers for their credits and assist them in negotiating and concluding an Emissions Reduction Purchase Agreement (ERPA)
• Provide on-going client support to ensure successful project verification and on-going monitoring and maintenance for carbon credit issuance.

Structuring and commercialization

• Assist in raising finance, both through carbon asset financing and innovative debt and equity structures
• Structure transactions to match the needs of the project owners and to secure optimal value from the placement of their carbon assets in the international markets
